Our office is located in the heart of Chicago's Loop at 111 N. Wabash Avenue, Suite 1921, in the historic Garland Building. It is on the corner of Washington and Wabash, across from Marshall Field's.

Latest News: We validate parking at the SELF PARK located on Randolph in between Wabash and State - $12.00 for up to four hours.

Driving Maps

From the NORTH: Take the Kennedy Expressway east to Ohio Street (can only exit going east), continue east to Wabash, turn right (south). Parking is available at Randolph and Lake on Wabash.

From the WEST: Take 290 east to the northbound Kennedy Expressway, then east on Ohio to Wabash, turn right (south). Park at the corner of Randolph and Lake.


From the SOUTH: Take the Dan Ryan Expressway north to Washington Street and continue east to Wabash. The Garland Building is on the northeast corner of Washington and Wabash. Take Washington to Michigan Avenue to park in the Grant Park Garage.

In the event you forget the suite number, Dr. Beaty's name and suite number are located in the building elevators.

Valet Parking

Valet parking is now available.

Pull up to the valet station at 111 N Wabash – on the corner of Washington and Wabash, East side of street – directly in front of our building.

Your vehicle will be parked at a private garage located at 60 E Lake St. Taxes are included in the price as well as the daily rates.

You can call the valet service before you are ready to leave the office and they will have your car downstairs ready and waiting for you – 312-399-8193.
