Billing and Insurance FAQsFinancial PolicyWe realize that every person's financial situation is different. For this reason, we have worked hard to provide a variety of payment options to help you receive the dental care needed to enjoy a healthy and confident smile while staying within your budget. Dental Insurance
We are happy to file the forms necessary to see that you receive the full benefits of your coverage; however, we cannot guarantee any estimated coverage. Because the insurance policy is an agreement between you and the insurance company, we ask that all patients be directly responsible for all charges. Call your insurance company or check with resources to verify you have dental coverage. Once you have determined that you do have dental coverage when you come in for your appointment bring in your insurance card. We will make a hard copy of it and keep it in our records. We will need the guarantor's name, social security number and date of birth. If, for some reason, your insurance company has not paid its portion within 60 days from the start of treatment, you are responsible for payment at that time. We will continue to pursue the matter with the insurance company to see that you are reimbursed. Occasionally, we may ask for the patient's help.
