As many of you already know we have been given the slow green light to return to treating patients for all dentistry – not just emergency care.

From the volume of requests, I understand many of you are ready to return and resume your dental care and some would rather postpone until the time is right for you. We understand and support you 100% either way.

We have worked very hard to best prepare for your return. It will look and feel different - all for the better. A smile behind our mask and cheerful hello will let you know we are so pleased to be back in our safe dental space.

This is our plan moving forward:

To keep everyone safe and respect the physical distance as much as possible we are seeing fewer patients in our office at any given time and longer appointment times for each patient.

It is important that you do not miss your appointment, arrive late or cancel with less than a  48 hour notice as it may be weeks before we can re-appoint you because of our new scheduling time frame.

Here are some of the changes we have made for your safety and ours:

*Pre-screening for all patients, visitors and staff

*Temperature checks for patients and staff

*Modified reception area set up and appointment scheduling

*Regular application of approved disinfectants on all-touch surfaces

*Use of plexi-glass barriers for the business team area

*Requiring all staff wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

*The installation of high efficiency air filters in each op

*The installation of Needlepoint Bi-Polar Ionization Technology System that reduces airborne particulates, odors and pathogens.

Building protocol states everyone must be wearing a face covering when entering or leaving 111 N Wabash until further notice.

We look forward to your return when you are ready.
